Wills, Trusts and Estates

The Office of Randall V. Coffill, Esq. works with individuals and families to develop a comprehensive estate plan involves the preparation and execution of estate planning documents such as Will, Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, a revocable or irrevocable stand-alone trust, a testamentary trust, and supplemental needs trust. It is our practice to work with each client to determine which estate plan document best fits the client’s needs and desires. Each client’s estate planning need is discussed to determine the best way to preserve and protect the legacy left behind for loved ones. Asset preservation and who will be in charge, who will take care of young children, who will make decision in the case of incapacity or illness are reviewed. There is no pre-set pressure to utilize trusts marketed to “avoid probate” which may not be applicable. Applicable estate tax laws and potential probate issues will be considered to provide individualized programs for the client.
